Salad Day in Buffet & Catering Class at Le Cordon Bleu Was Scary
Tuesday was the first production day for buffet & catering class at Le Cordon Bleu. I arrived almost one hour before school started to make sure my spot for the next six weeks would be located on the end of the back row, which is beside none other than--- the oven.
