PRESS RELEASE – Eureka! is excited to introduce new items to feature on the seasonal menu and craft beverage program. Starting today, the all-American restaurant releases new dishes like Crispy Glazed Brussels Sprouts, Slow Roasted Pork Ribs, and Cold Brew Old Fashioned to add to the collection of America’s best scratch kitchen signatures for all to enjoy.
Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to showcase quality ingredients, locally sourced when possible. Eureka! specializes in American classics with a modern twist with its diverse selection of appetizers, all natural, Angus chuck burgers, signature plates which includes, innovative salads, hand-crafted sandwiches and delicious desserts. Appetizer highlights include Crispy Glazed Brussels Sprouts topped with herb oil and macadamia nuts; a new recipe for Mac N’ Cheese made with orecchiette pasta, three-cheese sauce, and topped with bacon and fritos; and revamped Smoked Chicken Nachos with black bean schmear, Monterey Jack cheese, avocado tomatillo sauce, chipotle sauce, tomatoes, cilantro, sliced jalapeños, and sour cream.
For the main course, discover innovative entrées such as the Napa Chicken Sandwich with grilled chicken breast, roasted roma tomato, havarti cheese, pancetta, arugula, and pesto served with signature handcut fries; a great addition to the Taco Bar includes Lobster Tacos featuring knuckle and claw meat, cabbage, avocado, saffron crema, watermelon radish, served alongside a brown rice medley; for meat lovers, an 8oz. New York Steak served with a scratch-made red wine jus, seasonal grilled vegetables and crispy crushed potatoes; and Slow Roasted Pork Ribs basted in an orange chili sauce, chimichurri, and served with confetti slaw. For a sweet finish, Chocolate Torte makes its debut, made with dark chocolate, topped with vanilla ice cream and macadamia nuts; and of course, More Beer also make a great replacement for dessert.
It doesn’t end there, Eureka! introduces three new “mocktails” to accompany the craft-focused beverage program. First up is the Beet Detox, made with freshly juiced beets, sumac, and lemon juice all created into a delicious syrup for a healthy alternative to a libation; next is the Cold Brew Old Fashioned that is complemented nicely by a house-made simple syrup and Aztec chocolate bitters; finally, ginger beer gets an upgrade with this Ginger Lime Soda crafted with fresh pressed ginger root, lime juice, and sugar for a nice play on Eureka!’s infamous Moscow Mule.
