TRINITY GROVES – Kitchen LTO’s permanent pop-up restaurant opened last night for its first dinner service and began serving lunch today. The second round winner, executive chef Eric Shelton is running the show and is definitely a rising star chef in the making. Please be excited about Kitchen LTO’s new design created by Stefania Morandi, who chose a simple black and white theme with charcoal grays.
Chef Shelton said, “I was never really interested in much of anything until I realized I wanted to work with food. Cooking is in my blood. It runs through my veins, into my heart and pumps out in the form of art. I have been given a great opportunity and amazing platform to show my work – for that I am eternally grateful and excited about the next four months.”
