National Fried Chicken Day is right around the corner. Max’s Wine Dive cares for those people freaking out about all that is gluten. Because they are so thoughtful, Max’s now offers gluten friendly fried chicken. That’s right. They also have lots of other new menu items as well.
“We are thrilled to showcase our new gluten friendly offerings to our guests, especially our Fried Chicken,” says Jerry Lasco, Founder and CEO of Lasco Enterprises. “As someone who has Celiac disease, I am excited that we now have the capability for all of our guests to enjoy award-winning Fried Chicken – a classic American dish. There is no better way to celebrate National Fried Chicken Day than with Max’s Wine Dive’s famous Fried Chicken and now, the new gluten friendly Fried Chicken.”
Guess what is even friendlier than Max’s gluten friendly fried chicken? Answer: Ashley, the bartender. I’m not just saying this because my name is Ashli. That would be ridiculous. We don’t even spell our names the same way. Ashley is my favorite service industry worker in Dallas. True story. People that get angry about service need to go to Max’s Wine Dive and ask for Ashley to be in charge of all happiness. She doesn’t even suck when the bar is slammed. She will serve your food and beverages like a rock star at all times. I went to Max’s in a bad mood once and she still made me happy. I think I’d like to become BFF’s with Ashley. Maybe she will be excited about our potential BFF friendship. Anything is possible.
