Two-Part Dinner Series with Chef Matt McCallister of FT33 & Chef Omar Flores of Driftwood

Wow. This is massive. FT33′s executive chef Matt McCallister is teaming up with Driftwood’s executive chef Omar Flores for a two-part dinner series of total surf & turf joy. This is a big deal. The surf dinner will take place at Driftwood, with both chefs taking turns creating six “seafood-centric” courses. FT33 will host the turf part of the series, where the chefs will put their unique spin on a six-course dinner using ingredients from the land. Wine for both dinners will be paired by FT33′s sommelier, Ryan Tedder and Driftwood’s owner, John Baudoin.

COST:
$100 for each six-course menu excluding beverages, tax and gratuity.
Wine pairings will be available at each dinner for an additional $50.
